You will travel in a luxury minibus with air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi on board through a landscape of historic vineyards, rolling hills and beautiful Tuscan villages.
Our guides are wine professional sommeliers and passionate about the Chianti wines. They love teaching guests about wine appreciation. Moreover they are extremely knowledgeable and will be available to answer questions, provide hints and other support throughout the way to the wineries. Together with a lot of stories and advice.
What to expect at the wineries
At the wineries you are sure to try a great selection of local wines while sampling food, cold meats and other delicious treats paired with each glass of wine. For two of our tours, i.e. Chianti Wine, Cheese, Chocolate, Prosecco and truffle tasting and Chianti and Super Tuscan wine tour from Florence, 3 wineries, lunch is included at one of the wineries. You will enjoy beautiful food with a breath-taking view over the vineyard.
Lunch at the wineries features ingredient-driven Tuscan wine country cuisine using sustainably and organically grown local ingredients. The cheese is locally sourced and most of the ingredients are based on fresh local produce, mainly grown on the site. The wineries’ locally inspired menus are perfectly paired with our Chianti wines for a true wine gourmet experience. Lunch usually consists of a three-dish meal. We will also make sure we accommodate for gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary restrictions.
Our other tours
Our other tour – Chianti and Super Tuscan wine tour, 4 wineries visits – does not include lunch but at every and each winery you will enjoy plenty of local antipasti that is starters, finger food and other plenty of appetizing options (cold meat, cheese, bruschetta bread and so on) that we can assure you won’t leave hungry!
The Chianti Wine, Cheese, Chocolate, Prosecco and truffle tasting wine tour will also include tastings of chocolate as well as sparkling wine and homemade limoncello. The final stop will be at a Tuscan family-run chocolate and cookies small shop, a long-established manufacturer since 1950. You will be sure to try so many different treats and goodies. Filippo, the handmade cookie factory owner, is funny and will make sure you sample the freshest and most tasty local delicacies. For example you will taste cantuccini (crunchy almond biscuits that originated in Tuscany). In addition, a variety of cheese, small bruschetta bread with truffles. For the sweet tooth assorted chocolates all paired with white and red Tuscan sparkling wines, Tuscan limoncello and more delicacies.
