- Very fluent English and Italian (oral and written)
- Certified Sommeliers or wine makers, food expert would be a plus
- Excellent and concentrated drivers, not anxious
- Willing to work hard and seriously motivated to work in the wine world
- Higly reliable and attentive to details
- Knowing how to manage a group
- Aware that customers service is of the utmost importance
- Not less than 26 years old
