Tour Leader – Wine Tours in Tuscany

We are looking for seasonal collaborators to work as Tour Leaders from April to October.

We are always happy to hear from motivated professionals and students who share our passion for wine, travel, and authentic experiences in Tuscany.

Requirements

• Very fluent English and Italian (spoken and written)
• Background in wine or food (Certified Sommelier, winemaker, wine or food expert is a plus)
• Excellent driving skills, calm and focused behind the wheel
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to manage and engage small groups
• Fully aware that customer service is our top priority
• Highly reliable, punctual, and well organized
• Strong motivation to work seriously in the wine tourism industry
• Minimum age: 26 years old

Social Media & Marketing Intern

We are looking for a motivated and creative intern to support our social media and marketing activities in Florence.

This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in digital marketing, tourism, storytelling, and content creation, especially within an international and wine-focused environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the creation of content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Assist with writing captions and short promotional texts in English
• Help plan and organize editorial calendars
• Support basic photo and video editing for social media
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities
• Support website content updates and blog articles (basic SEO tasks)

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Interest in social media, digital marketing, and online communication
• Good writing and communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and reliable attitude
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications (a Plus)

• Interest in photography or videography
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar
• Interest in wine, food, travel, or Italian culture
• Basic knowledge of SEO or digital marketing
