At the first winery, you’ll be guided through the cellars, learning about the production of Chianti DOCG, Riserva, and Super Tuscan wines, before enjoying a curated tasting with your local wine expert.

I have gone on other wine tours in the Tuscan region and this was hands down the best one I have ever gone on. Angie took us to small family-run wineries with the best wine, food, and views. Angie was very knowledgeable herself and we had the best time with her! I would give 10 stars if I could!!
My husband and I had a fantastic day! Best thing we’ve done in Italy so far! Our guide Carlo was great! We had a small group of 8 of us and visited smaller wineries. It had such an intimate feeling to it. The experience was wonderful and will definitely do again if we ever come back! We could not have asked for a better experience!

This was an incredible day! Our host Carlos was very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. The three wineries we went to were spectacular including wine tastings at each after tour of their winery. The transportation was clean and in excellent condition. I can’t say a bad word about any of it. I highly recommend! The small group tours allow you to experience wineries and vineyards big and small. Lunch was included and they accommodated gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian people in the group. Francesca was such a kind and knowledgeable tour guide who explained the Italian grading system and anything else useful to know. We had a great group and walked away with new friends from all over the world!

Great trip. Slow enough paced not to feel rushed but still a full day. Wineries were wonderful - both the owners and the experience. Only negative and it’s not terrible is that with small, organic wineries, their production volume isn’t that much so you can’t find these wines in the US. Buy and ship, or you’ll miss them

This is a must do tour when you are in Italy, and we loved having Filippo as our guide for the day. Meeting point instructions were very clear, and we received so much valuable insight into Italy, Florence, and wine from Filippo between our three stops. The three wineries we visited were amazing! We had the opportunity to meet each owner and receive a tour prior to sitting down to a wine tasting. The farm-to-table meal we had at La Pia was probably our favorite meal of the trip. Our wine tour with Angela was an absolute DREAM!! We spent 2 weeks traveling Italy, and my husband and I both agree this was our favorite day of our entire trip. We visited 3 small, organic, family owned wineries where we were the only group on the property. The owners each gave us a tour and really shared the complexities of making wine (+ olive oil!) from start to finish. You can tell Angela has a close relationship with each of these establishments, and she was also great about telling us stories and sharing the history of Chianti wine in the van between locations. San Gimignano wine tour , our day included our family of 6 and 2 lovely ladies. Our driver and brilliant guide Filippo was amazing. What an amazing experience this was! We booked the Chianti tour that visited three local, family-run wineries and had the best time. I have been on several large group tours, but after taking this one, I’ll never book anything but a small group tour! The experience was so intimate and we learned all about each winery from those who run them - each so passionate about their products. The tour was fun, informative and delicious (of course!). Our guide, Carlo, was phenomenal - he was a very interesting guy who made the experience truly incredible. We will definitely be booking again the next time we’re in Florence! Carlo mentioned that you can relay which wineries you visited, so if you return, they can coordinate an alternative group so you can continue to book with Angie and have different experiences each time! Highly recommend!

My tour with Carlo was amazing! This was my second time taking a tour in Chianti and this one was so different. I loved that we were a small group (all young women which was super fun), and that we got to visit very small family-owned wineries. We got to learn about the wineries' special stories and taste delicious food and wine. I really enjoyed myself, and my friend said it was the highlight of her time in Florence!

This tour is the best thing we did during our trip so far. It was so lovely. We got to visit the smaller wineries which I loved. Had an amazing home cooked meal ar one winery to pair with the wine. We were told approx 1.5 hours before the tour was to start that they had double booked and we were unable to go. Incredibly disappointed given we are leaving Florence tomorrow and little effort was made to accommodate.

The three wineries we visited, Castelvecchio, Montalbino and Poggio Rozzi, were excellent and the hosts very helpful and willing to share their knowledge. Lunch at Montalbino winery was delicious and the paired wine were also very good, in particular their Trebbiano. I would definitely recommend this tour.

What a perfect day spent in the Tuscan countryside touring 3 distinctive wineries! This tour was a highlight of our trip and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more intimate wine experience that the large-scale tour bus companies can offer. Our guide, Filippo, was engaging, knowledgable, and passionate about Tuscan wine-making. We were able to interact directly with the wine-makers at all properties and tasted wonderful wines at all 3 wineries we visited. The views were spectacular and the food pairings delicious as well!
We had the best time during our wine tour with Carlo. It was not only a great way to see the beautiful Tuscan country side, but the 3 boutique wineries made us feel right at home. One of them even cooked us a homemade lunch - which was delicious. Carlo was great to have with us for the day and was just as knowledgable as some of the on-site staff at the wineries. We learned so much and left with a newfound respect for Chianti Classico and Extra Virgin Italian Olive Oil. Great wines, great education about the history of wine in the region. We had only four in our van instead of the maximum 8 so we were pretty efficient at each winery.

This was the BEST tour. We visited three countries over two weeks and everyone said this tour was their favorite day. Fillipo was our guide and very knowledgeable and kind. We picked this tour from Florence as it seemed to be one of the few that offers small groups (max 8 people) in comparison to some of the companies that would take groups of up to 25-50 people and it was definitely a great decision!

I have been on three tours with this company and two were with Filippo. I have had an amazing time on all of them. I brought friends and family who I wanted to experience the magic of the region and of Tuscan wines. Filippo was fantastic. He shares great information and is open to talking all day. You learn a lot and have a wonderful experience that feels personal and special.
Filippo was a wonderful tour guide today on our wine, truffle and cheese tour. The 3 wineries we went to all had something different and special about them. Meeting the owners of each winery and hearing how excited they were about their wines was very interesting. Today was our last day in Florence and it was a perfect ending to an amazing trip. Would 100% recommend this tour.
This trip has been the highlight of our trip! I would come back to Florence just to do this again. Our guide Carlos was full of knowledge and spirit. Each of the vineyards was a unique experience and so wonderful! Could not recommend more

Angie was a fantastic guide and curated an excellent list of wineries for us to visit. She gave us a great overview of the area during our trip and was very responsive in her communication. We learned so much about the philosophy of Tuscan winemaking and each vineyard offered delicious wine. and olive oil. Highly recommend Angie’s expertise and services.
Book this tour!!! I loved doing it with a smaller company, it was fantastic! The day was paced wonderfully - tastings that felt thorough and not rushed, and a lovely lunch! The wineries we visited were small, family owned and you could really feel the passion in all of the winemakers. Our tour guide Carlo was the best!! Highly recommend and would do it again in a heartbeat!

The wine tour was an amazing experience and the choice of wineries was perfect. Our guide, Filippo, was exceptionally knowledgeable and very fun to talk to. I’d highly recommend anybody interested in a wine tour of the region to book a trip on this tour.
This was our favorite thing in Florence. Everyone in our group had a great time. I learned a lot and never felt silly for asking what I now know to be silly question. Francesca was always willing to share her knowledge and made sure there was a vegetarian option for me.

We had a wonderful time! We visited 3 boutique wineries all with a unique experience. We enjoyed delicious food, wine and views with each stop. Angela was friendly and accommodating. We drove around Tuscany in a comfortable van with A/C where she educated us on all things Tuscany and stopped for us to get photos along the way. Would definitely recommend!

Filippo was a fantastic guide! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed his wine tour. He was incredibly knowledgable of the wine, the region, and the history of Italy. He made the tour incredibly personal - even showing us where his 99 year old grandmother lives! This is a must do while visiting Tuscany. We will be back to visit Filippo whenever we come back to Italy!
We toured the Chianti region with Filippo and had an amazing time! He was great at explaining the history of the wine, the region, and the history of the area. It is easy to see how much he cares about wine and the area. If you are going to Tuscany this is a must!

This was one of the best experiences we had during our two week trip to Europe! We did the 3 Winery Tour; our guide, Carlo, was amazing! He was a great driver and so, so informative. Each of the wineries we went to were incredibly authentic family-run operations that were each unique in their own ways. This is well worth the price and an incredible way to spend a day in Tuscany.

Francesca was able to answer all of our questions very thoroughly and made this an extremely memorable day for myself, my wife, my son, and my daughter in law. We went on the Chianti tour yesterday with Francesca and it was wonderful. Not only was Francesca just a generally knowledgeable and kind person, but she is also a sommelier! I loved all of the teaching she shared. We went to 3 small boutique wineries and met the owners at each one with a lovely full tasting. We also had an amazing lunch at our second stop. The sweeping Tuscan views were incredible. Would absolutely recommend anyone take this tour if coming through Florence. Top Notch ❤️❤️

This was such a great tour! We viewed 3 different wineries and had 3-4 wines at each location along with a selection of snacks and food.
The guide was great and answered all our questions along with giving us a rundown of information about wine, Italy's regulations and history on wine, etc. Very fun and good.

The wine tour might have been the highlight of our trip to Italy. Filippo, our guide, was very knowledgeable and explained a lot about the history of winemaking in Chianti and what to look for when tasting and purchasing wine. All three wineries were beautiful and very different. I highly, highly recommend.

We absolutely LOVED our tour. Filippo brought energy and passion from the start. He provided history and personal anecdotes that made our trip an experience we won’t ever forget. The wines were great but sitting down and eating with locals at one of the boutique wineries was definitely a highlight for us as we made our journey through Italy. AMAZING! My husband and I, along with two of our friends recently visited Italy and fell in love with the country! During our stay in Florence we booked a trip with Angela to explore Tuscany. The wineries she hand selected for our group were phenomenal - all were small production wineries that took the time to teach us about their wine production process, the correct way to smell/taste wine, and much more. I highly recommend booking with Angie if you plan to explore Tuscany during your trip to Italy. It was definitely one of the highlights of our vacation! Thank you Angie!!!
This was the highlight of our trip to Italy! We went in the off-season (end of November) and it was still beautiful and perfect. Our highly qualified guide, Filippo, was the best! So knowledgeable of the wines, wineries, and history of the region due to being a local to a nearby village in this Chianti region (also gave plenty of other suggestions in Florence). We already rethink our wine shopping now that we have the knowledge of what to look for to have a wonderful and headache free wine (all the wineries were organic so less sulfites, yay!). Each of the wineries offers cheese with bread and unbelievably fresh olive oil (November is the time for fresh press harvest) and the 2nd winery (Lombricaia di Montalbino) was where we had a delicious lunch with the most bubbly and passionate guide for the winery, Chiara. It was an authentic tuscan meal with a beautiful view of the countryside in a very charming restaurant that felt like we were having a family dinner. The day flew by and it was the best part of our trip due to it feeling so intimate and relaxed. Highly recommend this, well worth the price!
We had a beautiful experience with Tuscan Wine Tours! Angela was very organized and communicative confirming all details ahead of time. Our guide Filippo was just fantastic; very friendly and knowledgeable sharing all kinds of information about the region, the agriculture, food, the wineries and of course...wine! The wineries and countryside were really gorgeous, and the it's obvious how deeply ingrained the love of their craft is. Highly highly recommend Filippo and this company...it's a must if in Florence to get out into the countryside and see how the agriculture, the architecture and the people come together to produce such an exquisite wine. What an amazing tour with Claudia! Passionate, knowledgeable, and so much fun learning about Chianti, DOCG, DOC, IGT, and super Tuscany wines. We did a private tour on Sunday. Claudia was right on time at the meeting point, and really went above and beyond by sharing recipes with us, helping us get transportation for all the wines we purchased, and helping get us a taxi the next day. Highly recommend!
We took a wine tour with Andrea and had a blast! Not only were the wineries we visited all unique but Andrea spent time to explain how taste wine and what to look for in color, taste, etc. All three wineries served Chianti but each one had unique other offerings. They explained the process of winemaking and showed us cellars and the property. The perfect day trip from Florence. Such a fun group and the best tour guide!

This tour was everything we could have hoped for and more. The whole experience was a nice pace, a very relaxing day with great people. Filippo was an amazing guide- extremely knowledgeable and super fun to spend the day with. The wineries we went to were absolutely beautiful, the wine was incredible, and we had vegan accommodations for lunch, which was so appreciated! Our lunch was also fantastic- we ate and drank great yesterday! We very highly recommend this tour if you enjoy wine and want a more relaxed vibe of a day with great wine and great company.
This tour was the highlight of our trip. Filippo was fantastic with his knowledge of the area, wines and suggestions. The three wineries were wonderful boutique and all different. We received private tastings and a tour of all the cellars. The lunch provided was an authentic taste of Italy at a wonderful young winery.
